Return Policy We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

Due to the availability of burning CD's returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. If the product will not work on your computer or if the product is defective, you may return it to us for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
   All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your selection is defective, contact us (within 30 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. Softwareforkids.com will replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging. All returns must have an RMA number. Please include the Order Number, the name on the order, the product name you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
   All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc. in new condition and free of any markings or damage. All forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned along with the UPC bar code and/or peel off rebate sticker intact on the box. The product must not have been registered (or activated if applicable). Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number, RMA number and a detailed description of the problem. If returned materials are not received within 30 days of the invoice date in sellable condition, we will be unable to send a replacement, or refund.
   
   
2. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for the refund or replacement within 30 days.
   There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, have all original packing materials provided by the manufacturer and must be in resalable condition. Shipping is NON-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc.
   In order to return a product, you need to contact us prior to the return. Simply send an e-mail to info@softwareforkids.com.

Technical Support Technical support is provided by the Manufacturer and/or Publisher of the Software Title. Please refer to the telephone number and address located on each individual title. Most products include documentation with instructions to run the Software. Please read all documentation provided thoroughly along with contacting the Manufacturer directly before contacting Softwareforkids.com. If the Title proves to be unreadable after following all steps provided above, please contact our Technical Support Department to obtain an RMA number and to arrange for an immediate replacement.

Limited Warranty All software sold by Softwareforkids.com is guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the invoice date. The defective software may be replaced only pursuant to the terms in the Information Center of this site. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE INFORMATION CENTER OF THIS SITE, Softwareforkids.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY Softwareforkids.com, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

In no event shall Softwareforkids.com, its officers, directors, employees and/or other representatives be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, punitive, and/or incidental damages related to the products sold.

Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that its exclusive remedy for all damages, losses and cause of actions against Softwareforkids.com, its officers, directors, employees and/or other representatives related to the products sold whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the price (excluding shipping, taxes and duties) of the product that was ordered by that Customer in the related transaction.
